How Does Aiper RGA (Return Goods Athorization) Work?
Step 01
Submit Your Request
Fill out the RGA(return goods authorization) request form and provide the required information asguided.
Step 02
Review & Response
We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Step 03
Result Confirmation
Once approved, Aiper will arrange a replacement or issue a Credit Note (CN) accordingly.

RGA Eligibilities
The eligibility criteria are shown in the image below. For full details, please refer to the Warranty Policy.
Time Limits
(a) End-user return is initiated within 30 days of purchase
(b) Within 6 months from Aiper's delivery date to Reseller
Product Condition
(a) A functional defect exists (not causedby customer misuse or external factors)
(b) No physical damage (e.g. scratches,cracks, or other cosmetic defects)
Packaging Requirements
(a) Product must be returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories included
Documentation
(a) Valid sales invoice & serial number provided
(b) Submitted within 1 month after End-User returns the product to Dealer
